Poha is a very healthy option in breakfast. And by eating this, we get energy all day and our stomach is also full for a long time. Normally Poha is made by adding peanuts but in this poha, I have added lots of vegetables. With which it will become even more healthy. So you must definitely try this recipe once and comment me and tell me how your recipe was made


Ingredients

Beans 1/4 cup
Potatoes 1/4 cup
Carrots 1/4 cup
Peas 1/4 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Mustard oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 2 tsp
Onions 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
Sliced green chilli 2
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Washed Poha 2 cups
Lime juice 1 tsp

Instructions To Make


  1. First in pressure cooker add Beans 1/4 cup, Potatoes 1/4 cup, Carrots 1/4 cup, Peas 1/4 cup , Water 1/4 cup and Cook upto 1 whistle 
  2. Take karahi and add Mustard oil 2 tsp when the oil is hot add Mustard seeds 1 tsp, Curry leaves 2 tsp
  3. Onions 1/2 cup and  Cook it for 1 minute
  4. Then add Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup and Cook for 2 minutes then add Sliced green chilli 2, Salt 1 tsp, Red pepper 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp and Mix well 
  5. Now add Boiled vegetable, Sugar 1/2 tsp, Washed Poha 2 cups, Lime juice 1 tsp and Mix well 
  6. Sprinkle some water and Cover the lid and cook for a minute.
