Spinach Kofta is a very healthy and delicious dish.  This recipe is made without frying in oil.It is healthy as well as delicious. this is very easy and 5 minutes recipe. first you have to make tikkis on tawa and after that dip these tikkis in tomato gravy. this is the whole recipe. so give it a try at once.


Ingredients 


Moong Dal 200 gm
(Soaked for 2 hours)
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Finely Chopped palak 100 gm
Oil 2 tsp
Refined Oil 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Hing 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Water 2 cup
Chopped coriander 

Instructions to make

  1. Take Moong Dal 200 gm and soak it for 2 hours then Grind it without Water (Not very Fine) and from this paste take 2 tsp of dal and Save it for later.
  2. In this grinded paste add Salt 1 tsp,Baking soda 1/4 tsp, Finely Chopped palak 100 gm and Mix well 
  3. Take tawa and pour Oil 2 tsp then Make Tikkis of the mixture and place it on tawa then Cover it and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame 
  4. Flip the side and Cook from other sides for 2 minutes on medium flame 
  5. Repeat the same process 
  6. Take karahi and add Refined Oil 2 tsp
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp,Hing 1/2 tsp, Tomato paste 1 cup
  8. Cook it until dry then Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp, Red pepper powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp and Mix well 
  9. Then add Grinded dal, Water 2 cup and Mix well 
  10. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes 
  11. Now add Prepared Tikkis and Chopped coriander 
  12. your dish is ready now Serve hot
