Pav Bhaji is a very healthy option in snacks. And if you know how to make it instant, then it tastes double. In this recipe, you will get an idea of how you can quickly make it into a pressure cooker in just a few minutes. I have used a lot of vegetables in this recipe. I have cooked all the vegetables at one time in prepared masala. And in this way it takes very less time to prepare pav bhaji and there is no difference in its taste. So let's learn how to quickly and easily make this Pav Bhaji


Ingredients


Refined Oil 2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cauliflower 1 cup
Carrots 1 cup
Gourd 1 cup
Potatoes 1 cup
Peas 1/2 cup
Mix well 
Water 1/2 cup
Butter 2 tsp
Red pepper 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tsp
Red food colour 1/4 tsp (Optional)
Lemon juice 1 tsp
pav 1 packet

Instructions To Make



  1. Take Refined Oil 2 tsp in pressure cooker and when the oil is hot add Chopped onion 1 cup and Cook until brown 
  2. Then add Chopped tomatoes 1 cup and Cook until soft now add Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp , Salt 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp and mix well 
  3. Now add Cauliflower 1 cup, Carrots 1 cup, Gourd 1 cup, Potatoes 1 cup ,Peas 1/2 cup and Mix well 
  4. Add Water 1/2 cup and Cook upto 4 Whistles. when the steam is completely gone then Mash it properly and add Butter 2 tsp, Red pepper 1 tsp, Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tsp and Mix well. 
  5. Add Red food colour 1/4 tsp (Optional) and Lemon juice 1 tsp and Mix well 
  6. your bhaji is ready . now keep it aside 
  7. For Pav Apply Butter on pan and Heat Pav from both sides
