Tawa Paneer Recipe | Paneer Tawa Masala | तवा पनीर रेसिपी | पनीर तवा मसाला | Paneer Tawa Fry
In this recipe we shall make Tawa Paneer in very easy way. This is the most delicious and easy recipe of Tawa Paneer. The two main ingredients in this recipe is Paneer and Capsicum. Usually people do not use capsicum. First we marinate paneer and then prepare masala for it then we saute paneer on tawa and add this sauted paneer in prepared masala. This is a dry paneer recipe. you can serve it with naan, roti or parantha etc. so follow the recipe below.
Ingredients
Curd 1/4 cup
Red pepper 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Carrom seeds(Ajwain)1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander
Paneer cubes 250 gm
Oil 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Saute until turns brown
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chopped coriander
Fresh malai or cream 2 tsp
Instructions To Make
- Take Curd 1/4 cup in a bowl and add Red pepper 1/4 tsp,Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp, Chat masala 1/2 tsp, Carrom seeds(Ajwain)1/4 tsp, Chopped coriander and Mix well
- Add Paneer cubes 250 gm and Mix well and leave for 30 minutes
- Take oil in karahi 2 tsp, add Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Chopped onion 1 cup and Saute until turns brown then add Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, Chopped tomatoes 1 cup and Cook for 5 minutes
- Now add Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup and Cook for another 2 minutes then add Salt 1/2 tsp, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp and Mix well and keep aside
- Now in another karahi add Oil 1 tsp and add Marinated paneer and Saute for 5 minutes
- When paneer saute completely then Mix this sauted paneer with prepared masala and mix well
- Garnish with Chopped coriander and Fresh malai or cream 2 tsp
- Serve hot
