How To Make Poha | पोहा झटपट बनायें | Quick Poha Recipe | Peanut Poha
Ingredients
Poha(Flattened Rice) 100 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Green chilli 2
Lime juice 1 tsp
Instructions To Make
- Take Poha(Flattened Rice) 100 gm and Wash it properly
- Add Salt 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,Sugar 1/4 tsp in it and Mix well and Keep aside
- Take karahi and add Oil 2 tsp
- Add Peanuts 1/2 cup and Roast for 2 minutes and keep aside
- In same karahi add Mustard seeds 1 tsp,Curry leaves 8-10,Chopped onion 1/2 cup,Green chilli 2 and saute for a minute
- Add Roasted peanuts and Poha
- Mix well and Sprinkle some water
- Add Lime juice 1 tsp and Mix well and serve.
