Lehsuni Palak Recipe In Hindi | लहसुनी पालक | How To Make Dhaba Style Lasooni Palak | Palak Lehsuni

Lahsuni palak is fresh aromatic dish which we can serve with naan, paranthas, chawal etc. This is one of my favourite dish because i like the flavour of lahsun in it. In this recipe i try to make it simple and maintain its natural flavour of palak and lahsun. So do try the recipe and give a comment us about this recipe


Ingredients


Roughly chopped Palak 500 gm
Desi ghee 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Sabut lal mirch 2
Tez patta 2
Hing 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Gram flour (Besan)1 tsp
Chopped Palak 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp

For tadka

Desi ghee 1 tsp
Sabut lal mirch 2
Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp

Instructions To Make


  1. First Take Roughly chopped Palak 500 gm, add Water 1/2 cup and Cook upto 3 whistles on medium flame. when cool down make a puree of it and keep aside.
  2. Take karahi and add Desi ghee 2 tsp in it then add Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Sabut lal mirch 2, Tez patta 2, Hing 1/2 tsp, Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp, Cook it for 1 minute then add Chopped onion 1 cup
  3. Cook until turns lightly brown then add Gram flour (Besan)1 tsp and Chopped Palak 1/2 cup, Cook for 1 minute and add Salt 1 tsp, Red pepper 1 tsp, Turmeric powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp ,Palak puree and Mix well then add Water 1/4 cup and Cover the lid and Cook for 1 minute
  4. For tadka add Desi ghee 1 tsp in a karahi then add Sabut lal mirch 2, Finely chopped garlic 2 tsp and Cook for 1 minute and Pour this tadka on palak sabji and Mix well.
  5. serve hot.
