100% ATTA PIZZA On Tawa | बिना यीस्ट फटाफट तवे पर बनाये आटा पिज़्ज़ा | Atta Pizza | Lockdown Recipe
This pizza recipe is healthy option in pizzas rather than normal pizza because this is whole wheat pizza recipe. And i haven't use any yeast in this recipe. This is a healthy choice in evening snacks also. This is very easy and 100 % authentic recipe to make pizza. To make pizza dough without yeast you can simply add baking powder or Eno (fruit salt) in it. so follow the recipe below to make delicious pizza without any fail.
Ingredients
Wheat flour 1 cup
Lime juice 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Eno 1 packet
Oil 1 tsp
water to kneed a dough
Butter 2 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Capsicum 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Corns 1/4 cup
Tomato 1/4 cup
Oil 1/2 tsp
Schezwan sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Some Chilli flakes and Oreganoes
Instructions to make
- Take Wheat flour 1 cup,Lime juice 1 tsp,Pinch of salt and Pinch of black pepper
- Add Eno 1 packet ,Oil 1 tsp
- Kneed a soft dough with the help of water
- Leave it for 10 minutes
- Add Butter 2 tsp in a pan
- Add Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Saute for a minute and Keep aside
- In another pan add Capsicum 1/4 cup,Onion 1/4 cup,Corns 1/4 cup,Tomato 1/4 cup
- Saute for a minute and keep aside
- Rub some more Oil on dough and Kneed again
- Divide it into 2 equal parts
- Make pizza base
- Grease the plate and Place base on it
- Apply garlic butter over it
- Poke it and Apply Schezwan sauce
- Spread Mozzarella cheese
- Spread Sauted vegetables
- Add Some more cheese
- Apply butter on sides and Place this pizza on tawa
- Sprinkle some Chilli flakes and Oreganoes
- Cover it with bowl
- Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame
- Atta Pizza Is Ready Now
