Milk Peda Recipe Without Mawa

Amritsari Chole Bhature Recipe

Ingredients 


Overnight Soaked Channa 300 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Water 400 gm
Mix well 
Cook upto 6 whistles on medium flame 
Water 1 cup
Small cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Cinnamon sticks
Tea leaves 2 tsp
Bring it one boil and keep aside 
Mustard oil 4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped onions 1 cup
Cook until brown in colour 
Red pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Tomato puree 1 cup
Cook until dry 
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mix well 
Boiled Channa 
Boiled tea water
Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame 
Sliced ginger and green chilli 
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves 

For Bhatura

All purpose flour (Maida) 2 cups
Semolina (suji) 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Ghee (Desi or Vanaspati) 1 tsp
Curd 1/4 cup
Eno 1 packet 
Hot water 
Kneed a soft dough 
Ghee 1 tsp
Kneed again 
Cover with wet cloth and Leave for 10 minutes 
Roll it with the help of oil
Heat oil 
Fry it on high flame
