Wheat chilla with methi leaves which is very healthy option for breakfast. Also this is very easy way to make healthy and delicious breakfast.This is mainly prepare in north India. wheat flour is available in every kitchen. To make this recipe the main ingredients you need is wheat flour and methi leaves. you can serve it with tomato sauce or any chutney.


Ingredients

Wheat Flour 1 cup
Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
Chopped Methi Leaves 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Carrom Seeds 1 tsp
Water 1 Cup

Instructions to make

  1. Take bowl and add wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. Add Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
  3. Chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  4. Chopped Methi Leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Oil 2 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  10. Carrom Seeds 1 tsp
  11. Water 1 Cup
  12. Mix well all the ingredients gently
  13. switch on the flame and place tawa on it and Grease it
  14. Pour mixture over it and Make Chilla
  15. Cook from both sides and serve hot
