Powder Jaggery 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Beaten curd 1/4 cup
Mix well
Wheat flour 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Bsking soda 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Milk 1/2 cup
Mix and fold
Add more milk if Required
Chopped Almonds 1/4 cup
Raisins 2 tsp
Grease the pan
Pour mixture into it
Tap it
Preheat karahi for 10  minutes
Cook for 40-45 minutes on medium flame
