बिना लहसुन प्याज के पनीर की आसान सब्जी | No Onion No Garlic Paneer Recipes | Indian Lunch & Dinner Recipes
Ingredients
Oil 2 tspPaneer 250 gm
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin and Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chopped capsicum 100 gm
Instructions to make
- Put Oil 2 tsp
- Add Paneer 250 gm
- Saute for a minute and keep aside
- in same pan add Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- when start cracking add Tomato puree 1 cup
- Cook until dry
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin and Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Chopped capsicum 100 gm
- Water 1/2 cup
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Paneer
- Mix well
- Cook for 1 minute
- Garnish with chopped coriander
