Besan Mawa Ki Barfi


Besan Mawa Ki Barfi | Besan Ki Barfi By Glutton | Besan Khoya Barfi

Besan barfi is one of the most favourite dish in festival seasons. It is made with just few handful ingredients like gram flour, ghee and sugar. I made it with besan and khoya.  


Ingredients 


Oil 1 tsp
Chopped Almonds 50gm
Mawa (Khoya) 100 gm
Refined oil or Desi ghee 1 cup
Besan 1.5 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup

Instructions To Make 


  1. Take Oil 1 tsp in karahi and add Chopped Almonds 50gm and Roast for 2 minutes and keep aside 
  2. Take Mawa (Khoya) 100 gm and Cook for 2 minutes and keep aside
  3. In karahi take Refined oil or Desi ghee 1 cup and add Besan 1.5 cup
  4. Roast until golden brown in colour then Sprinkle some water and again Cook for 2 minutes
  5. Now Switch off the flame and Let it cool down
  6. Add Roasted Almonds Prepared Khoya ,Powdered sugar 1 cup and Mix well
  7. Grease the plate and Pour mixture into it, Flatten it
  8. Garnish with chopped Nuts and Refrigerate it for 2 hours
  9. Cut into pieces
