Easy Snacks Recipe From Bread And Poha | Easy Poha Snacks Recipe | Medu Wada
Ingredients
Poha 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander 2 tsp
Chopped green chillies 2
Pinch of Baking soda
Instructions To Make
- Take Whole wheat bread 2 pcs and Grind it
- Take Poha 1 cup and Soak for 2 minutes then wash properly
- Take Grinded Bread and Mix and mash
- Add Salt 1 tsp, Red pepper 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp, Chopped onion 1/4 cup, Chopped coriander 2 tsp, Chopped green chillies 2, Pinch of Baking soda
- Mix well and kneed a dough
- Make wadas and Fry it
