Dry Urad Dal Tadka | Urad Dal Dry,Soft And Moist | Sukhi Urad Ki Dal
This is a dry dal which we can make in dinner and lunch or any occasionally also. This is also called Amritsari Sookhi dal. which is very delicious and moist Indian side dish also. This dal is full of nutritions and easy to make. so follow the recipe below.
Ingredients
Dry Urad Dal Recipe
Urad Dal 250 gm
Wash it
Transfer into Cooker
Water 1 cup
Cook upto 1 whistle
Oil 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped onions 1/2 cup
Cook upto brown in colour
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Boiled urad dal
Mix well
Water 1/2 cup
Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame
For tadka
Oil 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Sabut lal mirch 2
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Pour on dal
Chopped coriander leaves
Mix well
