Urad dal 200 gm
Oil for frying
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Hing dissolved in water
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chilled Curd 1 cup
Red Chutney
Green chutney
Pich of salt
Red pepper
Black pepper
Chat masala
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Hing dissolved in water
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chilled Curd 1 cup
Red Chutney
Green chutney
Pich of salt
Red pepper
Black pepper

Instructions to make
- Urad dal 200 gm
- Soak it overnight
- Wash it properly and grind it
- Add Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Hing dissolved in water
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Mix well
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Again mix well
- Fry it on medium high flame
- Take hot water
- Salt 1 tsp
- Put Bhalle in it
- Soak for 2 minutes
- Squeeze out excess water
- Chilled Curd
- Beat it well
- Put Curd on this
- Red Chutney
- Green chutney
- Pich of salt
- Red pepper
- Black pepper
- Chat masala
- Garnish with bhujia
