Ingredients


Instant Breakfast Premix

Oil 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Channa dal 2 tsp
Urad dal 2 tsp
Roast for 1 minute
Crushed ginger 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies 2
Chopped coriander 1/4 cup
Rawa (Suji) 2 cup
Roast for 15 minutes on low flame
Salt 2 tsp
Mix well and switch off the flame
Let it cool down comletely

Instant Upma

Water 1 cup
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
Beans 1/4 cup
Instant Premix 1/2 cup
Cook for 2 minutes
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Mix well


Instant idli

Instant Premix 1 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Mix well
Leave for 10 minutes
Add water 1/2 cup
Eno 1/2 packet
Mix well
Greased idli stand
Steam for 3 minutes in microwave

Instant Appe

Instant Premix 1 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Mix well
Leave for 10 minutes
Add more water
Eno 1/2 packet
Mix well
Grease the Appe Pan
Pour mixture into this
Cook from both sides on low flame

Instant Rawa Dosa

Instant Premix 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 1/2 cup
Curd 2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Mix well
Leave for 10 minutes
Add more water
Grease the pan
Make Dosa
