Stuffed egg parantha is one of the delicious and healthy dish in all paranthas. This is crispy and crunchy recipe of egg. To make this parantha you have to take care that the egg masala does not come out from parantha. So this is a very slow process recipe but the results are very delicious and crunchy. so do try this recipe once.

Stuffed Egg Parantha

Ingredients


Wheat flour 1 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Onion 1/4 cup
Tomato 1/4 cup
Coriander 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Green chili 1

Instructions To Make


  1. Take Wheat flour 1 cup and Sieve it and add Oil 1 tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp
  2. Kneed a dough with the help of water and Leave it for 10 minutes
  3. Take 2 Eggs in a bowl and Beat it
  4. Add chopped Onion 1/4 cup, Tomato 1/4 cup, Coriander 1/4 cup, Salt 1/4 tsp, Red pepper powder 1/4 tsp, Black pepper 1/4 tsp, Green chili 1 and Beat it well
  5. Now take prepared dough and Kneed again
  6. Roll it and Apply oil then Make Parantha
  7. Cook on Tawa from both sides on medium low flame
  8. Make a cut at the edge and Pour mixture into it
  9. Apply oil and Cook from both sides
  10. Egg parantha is ready, serve it hot
