No Onion No Garlic Paneer Butter Masala Recipe | Paneer Makhani Recipe By Glutton | Paneer Jain Recipe

Paneer is a very tasty dish that you can make very easily at home. This is typical Indian dish prepared in spiced and thick gravy by adding cashew paste. I made it without onion and garlic. This is very rich and creamy dish of paneer which mainly served in restaurants



Ingredients 


Tomatoes 4
Butter 50 gm
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Small cardamoms 2
Cloves 2
Black pepper 7-8
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Thinly sliced Ginger
Thinly sliced Green chillies
Cashews gravy 10-12 pcs
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Kasturi methi 1 tsp
Fresh cream 2 tsp
Paneer cubes 250 gm

Instructions To Make


  1. Take Tomatoes 4 pcs and Cut it into pieces and Grind it
  2. Take Butter 50 gm and add Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Bay leaves 2, Cinnamon stick 1, Small cardamoms 2, Cloves 2, Black pepper 7-8, Now add prepared Tomato puree and Cook until dry
  3. Now add Salt 1 tsp, Red pepper powder 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1/2 tsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp and Mix well
  4. Add Thinly sliced Ginger, Thinly sliced Green chillies and Cashews gravy 10-12 pcs and Cook for 2 minutes
  5. Now add Water 1 cup and Cook for 2 minutes and add Garam masala 1/2 tsp, Kasturi methi 1 tsp, Fresh cream 2 tsp and at last add Paneer cubes 250 gm and mix well and serve hot
