Dal dal parantha is a very healthy option in paranthas as we have made this paratha from dal. It contains lots of nutrients, protein and iron. This parantha mainly made in north India. This is a very good dish of winters.

I made it very easily without any hassle. To make bharwan paratha all we have to done is first soak moth dal overnight and then grind it in mixer or chopper. And then mix all spices including chopped onion then stuff this mixture in parantha and made stuffed dal parantha. you can make it any other dal also. so do try this recipe.




Ingredients 


Wheat flour 1-1/2 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Overnight soaked Moth Dal 1 cup
Ginger
Green chillies 2
Chopped onion 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions To Make


Take Wheat flour 1-1/2 cup and Sieve it and add Oil 1 tsp, Pinch of salt, mix it and Kneed a dough with the help of water
Cover this dough and Leave it for 15 minutes
Take Overnight soaked Moth Dal 1 cup, Ginger, Green chillies 2 and Grind it in mixer, 
Now add Chopped onion 1/2 cup, Chopped coriander 1/2 cup, Salt 1 tsp, Red pepper 1/2 tsp, Ajwain 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp and Mix well
Now take dough and Kneed again
Take small portion of dough and Roll it
Stuff this dough with prepared mixture and Make Parantha
Cook on tawa from both sides and serve hot
