Pineapple Raita

In this recipe we can learn how we can make pineapple raita at home in restaurant style. In this recipe first of all we cook chopped pineapple in crushed pineapple by adding sugar. After that we will mix it in curd with spices. and this way our pineapple raita will be ready to serve.


Ingredients 


Chopped Pineapple 250 gm
Sugar 4 tsp
Curd 500 gm
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red pepper 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 


Instructions to make


  1. First of all take chopped Pineapple 250 gm
  2. from this Grind 50 gm pineapple with the help of water 
  3. Take karahi and add Chopped pineapple and crushed pineapple.
  4. Sugar 4 tsp
  5. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame 
  6. Let it cool down completely 
  7. Curd 500 gm
  8. Whisk well
  9. Add Salt 1/4 tsp
  10. Red pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Mix well 
  13. Chopped coriander leaves 
  14. Cooked pineapple 
  15. Mix well and serve chilled
